Owner & CEO
Joe Lanciotti has a strong background in real estate investing, specializing in fix-and-flip projects and new construction. He has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service through efficient systems and a dedicated team. Over the years, Joe has cultivated a vast network of real estate investors who trust him with their financing needs—helping them scale their portfolios faster and further than they ever imagined.
Having facilitated hundreds of transactions, Joe continuously refines processes that deliver quick, effective capital solutions for investors. His commitment to speed, reliability, and results empowers clients to grow their real estate businesses with confidence and precision.
Francesca Bellantuono
Operations Manager
Francesca Bellantuono is a highly analytical and versatile professional with deep expertise in commercial lending and title operations. Francesca’s diverse skill set ensures accuracy, efficiency, and expert coordination at every stage of the closing process.
For the past seven years, she has been immersed in the financial closing process. Francesca is a Licensed Title Officer, as well as a notary public, skillfully managing complex tasks like clearing title and coordinating seamless closings for both residential and commercial properties.
Before Francesca’s title work she served as the primary point of contact for commercial lenders since 2018, responsible for the meticulous preparation of loan documents and the successful coordination of commercial closings. Francesca’s diverse academic background includes degrees in Psychology, Neuroscience, Wildlife Science, and Conservation Science, graduating Magnum Cum Laude from Wilkes Barre University and Summa Cum Laude from Texas AM, which fuel a detail-oriented and analytical approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.

Mike Iamunno started out in the overseas banking space moving into the private revenue lending space while working with clients he started to come across many real estate investors not taking advantage of there real estate equity once branching into the hard money space he’s shifted his main focus to focusing on hard money real estate fix and flips/ new construction and cash out refinance.
